Licensed in West Virginia as both an attorney and an insurance agent, Andy is also a former public servant at the state, county, and municipal levels of government. This wealth of experience positions Andy as a problem solver, quick study, and effective communicator in times of crisis. Whether risk management analysis, acquiring key supplements for your Medicare insurance, drafting key legal documents, or assisting individuals and businesses in reducing liabilities, Andy’s knowledge and experience can benefit clients with a broad variety of needs.

Andy’s professional background includes serving as CEO of the former monopolistic West Virginia Workers’ Compensation Fund. He prepared that organization with internal checks and balances that lead to privatization. Andy's private sector roles have included membership in his former firm’s Million Dollar Sales Club, advocacy of and use of Evidence-Based Medicine Treatment Guidelines to promote return-to-health/return-to-work in workers’ compensation insurance, and extensive experience developing successful partnerships with insurance carriers, insurance brokers, clients, vendors, and regulators.
