Everybody needs a break sometimes.

For me, the month of May was a time for reflection and rejuvenation.

 

First a memorable trip to Woodstock, Vermont, a beautiful town tat is easily imagined as the setting of a Hallmark movie.

 

A beautiful setting, it was a perfect glimpse into a New England Springtime.

Following New England, I spent time in California, highlighted by a trip hiking around Joshua Tree National Park. 

 

The desert is such an unusual habitat - different vegetation, rocks, and animals. I observed it all…my son and I hiked several miles together.

Most enjoyably, stargazing in the desert is like no other stargazing anywhere else. Deep into the park the ambient surface light from local towns is far enough away that it seems every star is visible. It is truly a stunning sight to behold.

 

So…the month of May was refreshing. A couple of photos are included of The Woodstock Inn in Vermont, and Skull Rock in Joshua Tree National Park.

 

Now, in June, I’m back - completely refreshed - working with small businesses and individuals creating peace of mind with comprehensive Estate Plans.
