Dolly Parton.

Tim Curry.

We regularly learn of the deaths of famous people; Dolly (she only needs one name for identification) and Tim Curry were both fan favorites who left a remarkable mark on art and society.

Each leaves a legacy - yes, material items, but our familiarity stems from their contributions to music, film, and other aspects of popular culture.

I feel certain that the material legacy of each celebrity was preserved through Estate Planning.

Occasionally celebrities have neglected this end-of-life legacy, but more often than not they have in place effective Estate Plans.

You have a legacy too! Whether the impact by your life on your family, friends, and community, or the disposition of your assets, we each leave a legacy.

Sadly, too often end-of-life Estate Plans are NOT established. As a result, your property at life-end is distributed based on the law of your state of domicile.

Upon death, nobody wants to leave their property for the state law to distribute. Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and other written, witnessed, notarized directives can clearly provide direction regarding distribution of your property on death.

Don’t ignore this opportunity…and responsibility. Leave a legacy that includes clarity regarding your property.

Ask an expert to advise how to do this.

Call me. I can help…!
